Spanning a vast 3,282 acres (or 1,328 hectares), skiers and snowboarders can ride their way through 132 diverse runs and 12 enchanting gladed areas, all efficiently serviced by 10 modern lifts. The resort's elevation promises a vertical drop of 760m (2,500ft), ensuring a thrilling descent every time.
The snow at SilverStar is a dream come true for powder lovers. Each season, the mountain is blessed with an impressive average of over 700cm (275 inches) of fresh snow. And what makes it truly special? Every flake is 100% natural. With no snowmaking required, you’re guaranteed an authentic and pure skiing experience.
SilverStar takes pride in its award-winning grooming standards, employing nightly winch-cat grooming to ensure slopes remain in prime condition for your next day on the mountain.

Cross Country Nordic Skiing

Spanning a vast 105km, SilverStar, in collaboration with Sovereign Lake, boasts Canada's largest daily groomed XC trail network. Over 55 km of trails lie within SilverStar, offering something for everyone from gentle Green circuits to challenging Black terrains. Multi-use, dog-friendly trails, and ethereal night-loops add to the experience, ensuring every skier finds their perfect line. Warming huts, found at both at SilverStar and Sovereign Lake, provide cozy stops for relaxation or a mid-adventure rest and recuperation.

Winter Snow Tubing
Winter fun for the young or young at heart
Get your family ready for an exhilarating tubing experience in the designated tube zone. They provide large, truck-sized inner tubes, complete with safety handles. Secure your spot with day tickets from the Tube Town Ticket Office.
Children can start their tubing adventure from the age of three. Those who are aged 3+ and are below 42" tall must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.
